Easy Access to Data

The Web Companion allows you to access information stored in ASKDATA including asbestos, lead-based paint, indoor air quality and chemical inventory information. The database can be easily searched prior to performing renovation or maintenance activities to ensure materials are not inadvertently disturbed, resulting in workers and building occupants being exposed to hazardous materials. Powerful “find” features allow you to access information regarding the locations of asbestos, lead and mold/fungi in a building or unit in seconds.

Link Data to Drawings

The data for each room can be linked to AutoCAD drawings or scanned floor plans. Simply click on the drawing to view a list of the asbestos, lead-based paint and IAQ records for the space. The space detailed report can be printed and provided to maintenance personnel and contractors to meet your OSHA notification requirements.
