Field Inspector – Northern & Southern California
Benchmark is looking for field inspectors in both the Bay Area as well as Los Angeles area that have either the CSST or CAC asbestos certifications.
Lead Paint inspection experience and certification are a plus, and must have experience in water damage and/or mold inspections. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the industry. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
The Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative position is a liaison between the Benchmark office, our customers, and our employees in the field and is responsible for managing the sales flow from initial inquiry to final report distribution.
The ideal candidate will be self-directed and capable of learning new skills quickly. They will have excellent administrative and organizational skills, will be friendly and professional on the phone, and will be comfortable handling multiple issues and projects at the same time in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Accounting AP/AR Support
The Accounting AP/AR Support is responsible for supporting team members in the accounting department, checking figures, and helping create reports for Benchmark invoices and projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, written and verbal. They are very detail-oriented with great attention to detail while meeting company deadlines. They will be proficient in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, AP/AR, and understanding business financials.
